NYSERDA seeks input from DOE Connected Communities Applicants with New York State Demonstrations

NYSERDA is seeking information on applicant interest in the expected DOE Connected Communities Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA). Descriptions of this opportunity, including an updated teaming list are available.

NYSERDA is evaluating the possibility of providing cost share funding and to facilitate teaming. NYSERDA has interest in applicants who 1) have demonstration sites in New York State, 2) choose demonstration sites that address existing or projected needs such as grid congestion, 3) leverage existing infrastructure and DER assets, 4) have approaches that can be applied to diverse building types and locations and 5) have approaches applicable to disadvantaged Low to Middle Income (LMI) communities.
